Step 1. Select your screen mesh and size, we stock 88,110,156,200,230,280 and 305 mesh in 20x24, 24x31, 25x36.We can do custom sizes/mesh counts however they may take a little longer.
Step 2. Select your emulsion, DXP for solvent/ chemical resistant, DCM which resists solvent and water based ink and SWR for water based ink applications. BE SURE TO INCLUDE THIS INFORMATION IN YOUR EMAIL WITH YOUR ARTWORK!
Step 3. Send us your art. We accept files in PSD, JPEG, TIFF, or the preferred PDF as we process in Adobe Photoshop 7, CS2. Please send submissions to and include your phone number so we can touch base and get you going.
Step 4. You receive the screen and go to town, and remember if you're happy we're happy!
